1. Quality of the Fish
Every fish is sent healthly and colorful as per international standard.

2. Price
Prices are quoted in US dollars and cents

3. Packaging
All fishes are pack in plastic bag and placed in polystyene-foam box.
The dimension of the boxes are 51 cm x 39 cm x 36 cm.

The average weight of the box is 10-12kg per box depending on the type of fish and packing density involved for the fish according to the transit time.

4. Order & Delivery
No minimum order is required however we recommneded at least 10 boxes of fishes per shipment that exceed 100kg to get a better freight rate.

Order must be made 7 (seven) days before the shipment date.

5. Payment
Advance payment should be made by telegraphic transfer (T/T) at the point of sales confirmation.
Payment must be full payment to cover freight charges; cost of goods, packing cost & exports documentation charges.

6. Freight and Other Cost
Packing & Land transportation:
US$ 7 / box Freshwater fish
US$ 8 / box Discus Fish (Single Packing)

Terminal Handling: US$60/Shipment

Documentation : Phytosanitary certificate, country of origin, etc will be furnished upon request and the documentation charges included in the invoice.

7. Consignee Information
We require the following information in order to proceed with the delivery.

• Buyers’ name and full street address.
• Consignees’ contact telephone & fax number
• Name of destination airport
• Name of handling agent, if any.

8. Guarantee and Claim
Due to the perishable nature of live cargo and uncontrollable external factors that effect mortality, we do not guarantee 100% live delivery, so we do not allow DOA credit. We do however send free partial replacements to help our customers with mortality.

In the event of loses due to flight delays and or mishandling by airlines. Claims should be lodged directly to the airline concerned. Nevertheless please keep us informed in such event.

We have the right to change the below Terms and Condiftion without prior notice
